Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with NewGen-X. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may be eligible to return it under the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included items.
• Not show signs of damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
• Include proof of purchase or order information.

Certain products may be excluded from returns where applicable, including products that are damaged after delivery due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please provide your order number and, where applicable, clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the request and determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund.

3. How to Request a Return

Before sending any product back, please contact us at:

Include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for the return
• Photos or videos, if the item is damaged or defective

Do not send products to an address obtained from a previous order or another source. We will provide return instructions when your return request has been approved.

4. Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or another reason not caused by NewGen-X, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or the wrong item was sent, NewGen-X may cover reasonable return shipping costs after reviewing the issue.

5. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or another situation where a refund of shipping charges is appropriate.

6. Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Products may not be eligible for return if they:

• Have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or test the product.
• Are damaged due to misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper installation.

• Are missing essential accessories or original packaging where those items are required for the return.
• Are returned after the applicable return period.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified that your refund was approved but have not received it, first check your bank or payment account.

9. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contract.newgenx@gmail.com.

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it and you may need to follow the return process described above.

NewGen-X reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy when necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
